Con Omri Cohen e Vikrant Chopra, fondatori di BTG Films Ltd, una casa di distribuzione/produzione con sede a Londra, focalizzata sul "colmare il divario" tra cortometraggi e distribuzione, nonché sulla formazione di futuri autori sulla strada per realizzare i loro primi lunghi. L'incontro mira a fornire ai partecipanti gli strumenti e le competenze necessarie per creare e collaborare al proprio primo film, a offrire suggerimenti per attrarre a potenziali finanziatori e ad aiutare i giovani registi a navigare il panorama dei lungometraggi.

BTG Films are a London based distribution/production house, focused on 'Bridging the Gap' between short films and distribution as well as nurturing future high potential writers & directors on their road to making their first feature films. The talk aims to provide the attendee's with the tools and skills necessary to create and collaborate on ones' first feature, to discover tips to pitch to potential finance options to aid young filmmakers whilst navigating the feature film landscape.

Vikrant Chopra

Vikrant Chopra ha iniziato nell'industria cinematografica 23 anni fa come assistente di produzione e ha lavorato fino a diventare produttore. Vikrant è stato il produttore associato del film storico "The Black Prince", presentato in anteprima a Cannes nel 2017. Negli ultimi anni, Vikrant ha co-prodotto diversi film dell'India del Sud come "Poochandi" e "Vaitarani". È co-fondatore della casa di produzione britannica Bridging The Gap Films LTD insieme a Omri Cohen.

Vikrant Chopra started in the film industry 23 years ago as a production runner and worked his way up to the level of producer. Vikrant was the associate producer on the 2017 Cannes premiered historical film "The Black Prince". In recent years Vikrant has co-produced several South Indian films such as ‘Poochandi’ & ‘Vaitarani’. He is the co-founder of UK based production company Bridging The Gap Films LTD with Omri Cohen.

Omri Cohen è un produttore e responsabile di produzione che vive a Londra. Omri ha prodotto e co-prodotto diversi cortometraggi e web series premiati e ha sviluppato lungometraggi, oltre a lavorare su due serie di Netflix. Nel 2023, Omri e Vikrant Chopra hanno fondato la loro casa di produzione britannica, Bridging The Gap Films LTD, e attualmente stanno lavorando a due lungometraggi in fase di sviluppo e a un film in produzione.

Omri Cohen is a London based producer and production manager. Omri produced and co- produced several award winning short films, award winning web series and developed feature films as well as working on two Netflix shows. In 2023 Omri and Vikrant Chopra established their UK based production company Bridging The Gap Films LTD and they are now working on two feature films in progress and one film in production.
